We encourage guests to make reservations in advance. Our reservation specialists are available to advise and assist you with treatment selections. Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking. All therapists are trained professionals and you will be properly draped throughout your treatment. Guests must be age 18 or over to receive services. Prices are subject to change without notice.

A 20% service charge will be added to the price of your service(s) for your convenience. Additional gratuities for exceptional services can be added to your bill upon checkout.

Upon your arrival, you will be guided to our locker room where you will have the use of a robe and slippers. Our therapists are highly trained in draping procedures to ensure your complete privacy. For your comfort, undergarments may be worn during any treatment. If you plan to use the fitness facility, you will need proper workout attire. Bathing suits are required to enjoy the heated outdoor pools and whirlpools.

For the peace and privacy of our Spa guests, we do not permit the use of mobile phones in the spa or fitness center.

Non-hotel guests are welcome to utilize the pool and fitness center with a minimum spa booking of a 50 minute treatment (massage or facial). Advanced reservations are required. Daily passes are not available.

Locker are provided for your personal belongings, but regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. Please do not wear your jewelry to the spa. Due to the space limitation, we cannot accommodate luggage, ski, boots, or sports equipment.

We kindly request that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a 50% charge. Cancellations made within two hours of your appointment will be charged the full amount. Same-day changes may incur a $25 change fee. Group cancellation policies may vary; please inquire for details.
